Frequently Asked Questions

How can I find and use Sunbasket promo codes on Price.com?

Price.com lists active Sunbasket coupon codes and promotional offers when available. Simply select an eligible promo code from the Price.com store page and enter it at checkout on the Sunbasket website to apply your savings.

How does the Sunbasket subscription and skipping policy work?

Sunbasket runs on a flexible weekly recurring subscription model. Customers can customize their meal count, select preferred recipes, skip individual delivery weeks, or cancel their subscription directly from their account dashboard prior to the weekly cutoff deadline on Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. PT.

What is the Sunbasket return and refund policy for damaged or missing items?

Because Sunbasket delivers fresh, perishable food, physical returns are not accepted. However, under their 100% Mouthwatering Guarantee, customers who experience missing items or quality issues can report the issue within 7 days of delivery to receive an account credit or refund.

Where does Sunbasket ship, and how are shipping fees handled?

Sunbasket delivers to most ZIP codes across the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, North Dakota, and parts of New Mexico. Standard shipping fees apply to ongoing subscription deliveries, though promotional offers frequently waive shipping costs for a customer's first box.
