About Jacoje

Jacoje is a direct-to-consumer fine jewelry brand specializing in 14K and 18K solid gold chains, pendants, bracelets, and sterling silver pieces. Known for classic styles such as Cuban link, Franco, Figaro, and rope chains, the retailer operates on a transparent gram-weight pricing model to offer fine gold jewelry directly to buyers. Standard jewelry orders typically ship via FedEx 2DAY Express and require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure secure transit. While fulfillment for ready-to-ship chains and bracelets usually takes two to three business days, custom pendants and rings may require additional lead time. Customers seeking fine gold chains and matching accessories can explore Jacoje's full product catalog online.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Jacoje offer coupon codes or promotional discounts?

Jacoje operates primarily on transparent gram-weight pricing and rarely issues public promo codes or site-wide discounts. Price.com does not currently list any active coupon codes or deals for Jacoje, though shoppers can recheck the store listing for future updates.

What is Jacoje's shipping policy for fine jewelry?

Jacoje ships domestic orders primarily using FedEx 2DAY Express. Because of the value of fine jewelry, all deliveries strictly require a direct signature upon delivery, and shipments cannot be redirected to alternative pickup locations or PO Boxes. Standard chains and bracelets typically process in two to three business days.

What is the return and exchange policy at Jacoje?

Jacoje maintains a strict no-refund policy and does not provide monetary refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged one time for pieces of equal or greater value within five days of delivery. Exchanges incur a $20 restocking fee per item, and customized or discounted items are ineligible.

Does Jacoje offer price matching or a rewards program?

Jacoje does not currently offer a formal price matching policy or a dedicated loyalty rewards program. Instead, pricing reflects gold gram weight and manufacturing specifications. Customers can subscribe to the merchant's email list for updates on new inventory releases.
