Frequently Asked Questions
Are there Empire Today promo codes or discount codes available on Price.com?
Price.com does not currently list active Empire Today coupon codes or discount codes. Because Empire Today regularly updates its promotional offers and seasonal discounts, shoppers are encouraged to check the Price.com store listing frequently for newly available deals and cashback options.
How do I earn Price.com cashback on Empire Today appointments?
To qualify for Price.com cashback, you must schedule a valid residential in-home estimate appointment online using the designated Price.com link or by calling the provided phone number. Exclusions apply: cashback cannot be combined with extra discounts, applied to prior purchases, or used toward initial deposits, and is limited to one offer per household.
Does Empire Today offer price matching on flooring installation?
Yes, Empire Today provides a Low Price Guarantee. If you obtain a lower written quote from a licensed competitor for equivalent products and installation services within 30 days of ordering—and at least one business day before installation day—Empire Today will beat that price.
What warranty coverage does Empire Today provide on products and labor?
Empire Today orders include standard manufacturer product warranties as well as a 12-month Limited Installation Warranty that covers installation labor. Optional service plans are also available for extended ongoing coverage.
