About Rosie's Cafe & Bar
Created, in part, to honor Rosie Gail who was famous for her warm smile and delicious food, Rosie's Cafe & Bar is a locally owned and operated family business. The original Rosie's Coffee Cafe by the airport has been so popular that the owners decided to open this third location in Carrollton. At this convenient eatery you'll find a menu filled with hand-crafted dishes--many of them Rosie's own creations--delicious just-brewed coffees, and oh-so good Southern sweet tea. Open daily from 7 a.m., you can fill up on a home-made breakfast and a cup of their famous coffee. Build your own breakfast stacker or platter with choices like… bacon, sausage, French toast, croissants and eggs. Other must-try creations include the chicken and waffles and Mama's shrimp and grits. For lunch, Rosie's big bacon BLT is a popular choice, as is the perch po'boy.
