Rosati's is committed to providing customers with their signature Chicago pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. They've been staying true to their roots since 1895 when Ferdinand Rosati, an Italian immigrant from Naples, Italy, opened a fine-dining restaurant on Coney Island.
