About Zerorez
Zerorez provides residential and commercial surface cleaning services utilizing a proprietary cleaning process designed to leave no soapy residue or harsh chemicals behind. Best known for carpet and upholstery care, the company uses its alkalized Zr Water technology to lift dirt, allergens, and spots without leaving sticky detergents that attract future soils. Zerorez also offers tile and grout care, area rug cleaning, hardwood floor maintenance, air duct cleaning, and specialized pet stain and odor treatments across its franchise locations. Service pricing is typically structured on a per-room basis set by individual regional operators. Zerorez supports its appointments with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, providing complimentary re-cleaning for eligible areas if customers are not fully satisfied with the results.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any Zerorez coupon codes or promo deals currently listed on Price.com?
Price.com does not currently list active coupon codes or promotions for Zerorez. Service discounts and offers change over time, so shoppers are encouraged to check the Price.com store page periodically or consult their local Zerorez franchise for regional special pricing.
What is the Zerorez 30-day service guarantee?
Zerorez offers the Gotta Love It Guarantee, which provides a free re-cleaning of any cleaned area if you are not satisfied within 30 days of the original service date. Certain conditions apply, such as declining recommended pet odor treatments, which may void coverage for targeted spots.
How does the Zerorez cleaning process differ from traditional carpet cleaning?
Instead of using traditional soaps, detergents, or heavy shampoos, Zerorez cleans surfaces using Zr Water, an electrolyzed water solution. This process cleans effectively while eliminating the sticky soap residues that often cause carpets to re-soil quickly.
How is Zerorez carpet cleaning priced?
Zerorez carpet cleaning is usually priced per room up to a standard square footage limit defined by the local franchise. Additional areas like staircases, hallways, entryways, and specialized pet treatments are calculated as separate add-on charges.
