About TIXR

TIXR is an event ticketing and commerce platform that powers primary ticket sales for concerts, music festivals, nightlife, sports, and attractions. Designed for venues, promoters, and entertainment brands, TIXR provides direct access to general admission tickets, VIP packages, reserved seating, and live streams. In addition to event access, the platform enables fans to purchase official event merchandise, add-ons, and event memberships in a single transaction. Selected events on TIXR also support flexible payment plan options and feature TIXR Rewards, an organizer-driven referral program that rewards fans with ticket upgrades, perks, or partial refunds when friends purchase through shared links. Orders are delivered electronically to the customer's account or email, while physical items are fulfilled directly by event organizers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does TIXR have promo codes or discount codes available?

TIXR does not issue platform-wide promo codes, though individual event organizers may occasionally offer promotional codes for specific events. Price.com does not currently list active TIXR coupon codes, so shoppers should check the TIXR store page on Price.com for updates as event offers change.

How are tickets and merchandise delivered after purchasing on TIXR?

Tickets and digital access passes are delivered electronically to the buyer's email address and accessible within their TIXR account. Any physical merchandise or VIP merchandise packages associated with an order are fulfilled directly by the hosting event organizer.

What is the refund policy for tickets bought on TIXR?

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Most ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled or rescheduled. If you enroll in an event payment plan and voluntarily cancel before completing all payments, prior installments are forfeited.

How does the TIXR Rewards referral program work?

On eligible events, TIXR Rewards provides buyers with a unique referral link after checkout. When friends purchase tickets using that link, the buyer earns points toward tier-based rewards set by the event organizer, such as ticket upgrades, exclusive merchandise, or post-event refunds.
