About The Ticket Factory

The Ticket Factory is a major UK-based primary ticketing agent providing official entry to live music concerts, theatre productions, comedy shows, exhibitions, and sporting events nationwide. As the official ticketing partner for major venues, including Resorts World Arena and Utilita Arena Birmingham, the platform grants customers direct access to verified seats without secondary marketplace markup. Customers can select from various order fulfillment options depending on event guidelines, such as digital e-tickets sent via email, standard postal delivery, or venue box office pickup on event days. Because ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled or rescheduled, buyers are encouraged to review booking details carefully before completing their purchases.
