About SugarSync
SugarSync is a cloud storage and file synchronization platform designed to securely back up and sync files across devices, including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android systems. Unlike standard backup utilities that restrict syncing to a single folder, SugarSync allows users to maintain and automatically update existing folder structures across multiple desktop and mobile environments in real time. The service offers both individual and multi-user business plans equipped with administrative controls, remote device wiping capabilities, and AES-256 encryption for data protection. Customers can evaluate the platform using a 30-day free trial across personal and commercial subscription tiers, with annual billing options available for ongoing plan commitments. As a purely digital software provider, SugarSync delivers immediate cloud access with flexible online subscription management.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SugarSync offer promo codes or discount coupons?
SugarSync rarely issues public promo codes, relying instead on a 30-day free trial for new users across personal and business plans. Choosing an annual plan over monthly billing also offers ongoing savings. Price.com does not currently list active discount codes or coupons for SugarSync, though availability may change.
How does the SugarSync free trial work?
SugarSync provides a 30-day free trial for its software plans. Payment details are required when creating an account, and users must cancel prior to the end of the 30-day trial period to avoid auto-renewal charges.
What is the cancellation and refund policy for SugarSync?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through online account settings for individual users or via administrator support for business accounts. While cancellation halts future recurring charges, SugarSync does not offer refunds for prepaid subscription fees.
