Inventory is listed by more than 150 independent regional Goodwill member stores, giving shoppers access to estate items and unique secondhand finds. Purchases directly support local community initiatives, including job training, employment placement, and vocational support services offered by regional Goodwill organizations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does ShopGoodwill offer promo codes or coupon discounts?

ShopGoodwill rarely issues public promo codes or sitewide coupon discounts because prices are driven by auction bids or set directly by regional sellers. Price.com does not currently list active ShopGoodwill coupons or codes, but shoppers can check the store listing for future updates.

How are shipping fees calculated on ShopGoodwill?

Shipping carriers, rates, and handling charges are set by the individual regional Goodwill seller listing the item. Combined shipping is generally only available when multiple items are purchased from the exact same Goodwill seller location.

What is the ShopGoodwill return policy?

Return policies vary by the local Goodwill organization selling the item. Most listings are sold as-is, and returns are typically accepted only if an item arrives damaged in transit or differs significantly from its listing description.

How do purchases on ShopGoodwill support community programs?

Proceeds from sales on ShopGoodwill go directly to the participating local Goodwill organization that listed the item. Funds help finance community-based job training, education programs, and employment placement services.
