About Promo

Promo is a cloud-based video creation and editing platform designed to help businesses, agencies, and content creators produce marketing videos and social media ads. The platform provides access to customizable video templates, licensed stock footage, royalty-free music, and editing tools like PromoAI to streamline the creation process. Users can edit, resize, and publish content directly from their browser for major channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Operating as a software service, Promo offers tiered subscriptions with both monthly and annual billing options to suit individual creators and marketing teams. Because Price.com does not currently feature cashback, price comparison, or active coupon listings for Promo, creators can evaluate subscription tiers and billing schedules directly on Promo's platform to select the setup that aligns with their video production needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Promo offer promo codes or coupons?

Promo rarely issues public promo codes, relying instead on discounted annual plans and dedicated non-profit pricing. Price.com does not currently list any active Promo coupon codes or promotional deals, though shoppers can check back regularly as offer availability may change.

How can users save on Promo subscriptions?

Users can save by selecting annual billing instead of a month-to-month plan, which offers lower effective rates over the year. Additionally, verified non-profit organizations and NGOs can contact Promo support to request specialized discounted subscription rates.

What is Promo's cancellation and refund policy?

Promo provides a full seven-day money-back guarantee for new accounts, provided no videos have been published. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to turn off automatic renewal for future billing cycles.

Are there physical shipping or return policies for Promo?

No, Promo is a digital web-based platform. All video creation tools, stock media, and exports are delivered online, so there are no physical shipping fees or product returns involved.
