Papa Rewards members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases online, in the app, or by phone. Every 10 points convert into $1 of Papa Dough, which can be applied toward future food orders.

If you are unsatisfied with your pizza, Papa's Quality Guarantee allows you to contact the local store within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup, provided no more than two slices have been eaten. The store will replace the pizza with one of equal or lesser value, but cash refunds are not provided.

Participating Papa John's locations offer an optional PapaPriority service for an additional fee, which moves your order to the front of the preparation line for faster carryout or delivery fulfillment.
