Outset Select is an online pro scooter shop offering complete scooters, parts, and protective gear, historically shipping from a U.S. warehouse. Community discussions note services such as bar cutting/customization for scooter bars. The storefront is currently gated for early access, but third?party indexing reflects its positioning as a premier scooter retailer.
