Unworn merchandise with original tags attached can be returned in-store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Mail returns must arrive at the distribution center within 30 days of the order date, with return shipping costs covered by the customer. Clearance items discounted by 60% or more, pierced earrings, and opened undergarments are final sale.

The Northern Friends Loyalty Program allows members to earn $1 in Reward Dollars for every $20 spent on eligible purchases online or in-store. Accumulated Reward Dollars become redeemable once a member reaches a balance of $25 Reward Dollars and remain valid for 12 months.
