About Mondo
Mondo is a boutique pop-culture merchant specializing in limited-edition screen-printed posters, vinyl record soundtracks, designer figures, apparel, enamel pins, and collectibles. Collaborating with top artists and major entertainment franchises, the brand offers highly sought-after releases across film, television, and video game licenses. Because many Mondo items are produced in limited quantities and sell out quickly, products often feature unique artistic interpretations of classic and contemporary media. Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 7 to 10 business days, while orders with pre-order items are held until all merchandise is ready for dispatch. Mondo maintains a strict 24-hour window for order modifications, after which all sales are final, though customer service assists with damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery.

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided fulfillment has not started. All sales are generally final, but customers who receive damaged or defective items can contact Mondo customer support within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
