About Modsy

Modsy was an online interior design platform known for creating photorealistic 3D room renderings, virtual layouts, and curated furniture recommendations. The service helped homeowners visualize decor, plan spatial layouts, and explore styling options before purchasing products from popular home furnishings retailers. Modsy permanently discontinued its consumer design packages and online shopping operations in mid-2022, and its core visualization technology was subsequently acquired by homebuilder Lennar in 2023. Because Modsy no longer operates an active consumer e-commerce storefront or design consulting service, direct retail purchasing and virtual design packages are no longer available.
