About ModeSens

ModeSens is a luxury fashion aggregator and shopping assistant that compiles product inventory, pricing, and availability from hundreds of global retailers and boutiques. The platform covers men's, women's, and children's designer apparel, footwear, handbags, and accessories from leading fashion houses and department stores. By connecting shoppers directly to merchants like Farfetch, Nordstrom, and Net-a-Porter, ModeSens helps users track price drops, monitor restocks, and locate hard-to-find luxury items across multiple storefronts. Customers can browse items individually or utilize the ModeSens Concierge service for streamlined purchasing across different retail partners.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are promo codes available for ModeSens on Price.com?

ModeSens functions primarily as a pricing tracker and aggregator that indexes sales across partner stores rather than issuing traditional store promo codes. Price.com does not currently list coupon codes for ModeSens, though availability changes over time and updates appear on the store page.

How are shipping and returns handled for items found on ModeSens?

Because ModeSens routes purchases to third-party retail partners, shipping methods, fees, and return policies are generally determined by the specific merchant fulfilling the order. For purchases completed through the ModeSens Concierge service, orders are covered under a 14-day return window from the delivery date.

What is ModeSens Concierge?

ModeSens Concierge is an assisted buying feature that enables users to complete transactions across multiple partner stores via a single interface. Members with Elite status receive access to the Concierge purchasing service without order-by-order service fees.

What protection does ModeSens offer buyers?

Tracked purchases and Concierge orders qualify for ModeSens Shopper Protection. This service assists customers with order tracking issues, product authenticity verification, and resolution for packages that arrive damaged or missing.
