About LoadUp
LoadUp is an on-demand, nationwide junk removal service providing upfront pricing for residential and commercial cleanouts. Customers can book haul-away services for items including furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, exercise equipment, and yard debris. Unlike services that estimate costs based on truck volume upon arrival, LoadUp uses a fixed, item-based pricing model that lets customers view guaranteed rates prior to scheduling. The service offers both full-service indoor pickup and lower-cost curbside or outdoor removal, where customers do not need to be home for the appointment. LoadUp also prioritizes eco-friendly disposal methods by emphasizing recycling and local donation partnerships whenever feasible.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any active LoadUp coupon codes available?
Price.com does not currently list any active coupon codes or deals for LoadUp. Because promotional availability changes over time, shoppers can check back on the LoadUp store page on Price.com for updates on potential future offers.
How does LoadUp pricing and price matching work?
LoadUp calculates upfront prices based on the specific items selected, your zip code, and whether you choose indoor pickup or outdoor curbside service. What is LoadUp's cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Bookings can be rescheduled online without penalty before the service window starts. Cancellations made prior to the service day carry a 20% fee, while cancellations requested on or after the service day—or after an order has been rescheduled—are subject to a 50% fee.
What items and property cleanouts does LoadUp handle?
LoadUp removes items ranging from single mattresses, couches, and appliances to large exercise machines and electronics. They also manage full property clear-outs for offices, commercial sites, foreclosures, and residential estates, focusing on donation and recycling to reduce landfill waste.
