Frequently Asked Questions

Does Flight Club offer promo codes or discount codes?

Flight Club rarely issues public promo codes or sitewide coupon codes because pricing is set by consignment sellers based on market demand. Price.com does not currently list active Flight Club coupons, but buyers can utilize Price.com to compare prices across different merchants to find the best available deal.

How does shipping work for Flight Club orders?

Flight Club offers standard fulfillment, where items ship from the seller to Flight Club for physical authentication before being dispatched to the buyer, as well as an expedited option for pre-authenticated items ready to ship immediately. Final shipping fees and taxes are calculated during checkout.

What is Flight Club's return policy?

Flight Club accepts returns on eligible online purchases of unworn shoes in 'New In Box' or 'New No Box' condition within 30 days of delivery, provided the original security tag remains attached. Approved returns are issued as site credit, minus shipping charges and a return processing fee of up to 15%. Apparel, used footwear, and final sale items are non-returnable.
