About Fixd
Fixd specializes in automotive diagnostic technology designed to help vehicle owners monitor car health and easily understand error codes. Its flagship hardware, the Fixd Bluetooth OBD2 sensor, plugs into a vehicle's onboard diagnostics port and pairs with a smartphone app to translate check engine light alerts into plain language. Beyond basic code scanning, the system tracks mileage-based maintenance schedules and logs automated maintenance alerts across single or multiple vehicles. Customers can also access extended features through an optional FIXD Premium subscription, which provides mechanic hotlines and enhanced diagnostic insights. Orders for physical devices are supported by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for hardware returns.
