Frequently Asked Questions

Are there DoFasting promo codes or coupon codes available?

DoFasting rarely issues public promo codes, as discounts are typically integrated directly into introductory onboarding offers and longer-term subscription options. Price.com does not currently list active coupon codes or promotional deals for DoFasting. Shoppers can check the Price.com DoFasting store page periodically for future updates.

How do DoFasting subscriptions and cancellations work?

DoFasting subscriptions renew automatically on quarterly, bi-annual, or annual billing cycles. To avoid renewal charges, web purchases must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle through account settings or customer support. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store must be managed directly through those platform accounts.

What is the return policy for DoFasting physical products?

Unopened physical merchandise, such as supplements and smart scales, can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customers must contact DoFasting customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
