Bon Charge accepts returns on items in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping fees unless the product is deemed faulty. Note that items purchased using major promotional discounts of 25% or more may be restricted to store credit or exchanges.

Standard order processing typically takes up to two business days, while custom optical lenses require five to ten business days. Orders delivered within the United States include taxes and duties in the final price, whereas international customers outside the US are responsible for any local import duties.

Due to rapid automated processing, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a processing fee may be deducted from the final refund.
