Frequently Asked Questions
How can I find active Athena Club promo codes?
Price.com lists current Athena Club promo codes and verified offer details. You can select an active discount code on the Price.com listing and enter it in the promo code field during checkout at athenaclub.com.
How do Athena Club subscriptions work?
Athena Club provides recurring delivery schedules on monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, or semi-annual cycles for core personal care products. Subscribing provides discounted per-item pricing, and deliveries can be modified, paused, or canceled via your online account at least three calendar days prior to the next scheduled shipment date.
What is Athena Club's return and refund policy?
Because of personal hygiene standards, unsealed or opened products cannot be returned. However, customers can submit satisfaction inquiries within 30 days of the shipment date by contacting customer support to request a refund on eligible product charges, excluding non-refundable shipping fees.
Does Athena Club offer free shipping?
Shipping fees and options depend on the destination and total order size, though subscription recurring orders often include discounted or free shipping. Applicable delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout.
