About The Soup
The head chef, Fai, is a Hakka who grew up in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China. With 30 years of experience as a Cantonese restaurant chef, he came to the Bay Area but was frustrated with the lack of hometown flavored soups, so he opened this restaurant. As the only Cantonese-style hot soup in the Bay Area, we are most proud of the fact that MSG is not used in any of our dishes. With carefully selected healthy ingredients, including fresh and flavorful meats, flavorful accessories, and simple and uncomplicated seasoning, we pass on our tradition and deliciousness in each classic soup.
