Frequently Asked Questions
How much cash back can I get?
Restaurants and retailers set their own rate, and most cap it at $250 back per transaction. You always earn something. The amount depends on when you pay your bill, and the best offers are listed first. Pay with a card that the venue accepts; the accepted cards are shown on every venue page.
Can I order through a delivery service?
No. In-store cash back is earned on the card you tap or swipe at the venue itself. An order placed through a third-party delivery app is processed by that app, not the restaurant, so it does not qualify.
How long does it take for a purchase to show up?
Usually within five days. If it has been longer, first check that the card type you used (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) is supported. If it is, email support@price.com with your receipt or processing information and the address on your Price.com account.

Cashback is earned only on eligible purchases initiated using this platform. To ensure accurate tracking, do not use any conflicting browser extensions, consent to any merchant cookies, start shopping with an empty basket, and complete your purchase in a single session on the same device. Cashback may be voided in cases of returns, order cancellations, combining of promotions, or usage of certain coupon codes. Cashback is based on the order subtotal and may be reduced in cases of order modifications.
