PetFlow's shipping costs are designed to be customer-friendly. Orders over $49 are eligible for free shipping, while a flat fee of $5.95 is applied to all other orders. Customers can expect timely delivery, with most non-prescription orders arriving within 1-3 business days, depending on location. However, some non-food orders may take 5-10 business days for delivery. Prescription orders require an additional 2 business days for verification with the veterinarian.

After orders are shipped, customers receive an email with tracking information for easy monitoring. Tracking can also be accessed through the customer's account under Order History. PetFlow ships most orders from its warehouses in Cranbury, NJ, or Las Vegas, NV. In some cases, orders might originate from partner warehouses, and customers will be informed during checkout.

While PetFlow accommodates shipping to the lower 48 states of the USA, they currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. They are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier requirements. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

In cases where expectations aren't met, PetFlow.com is committed to resolving issues by facilitating returns for items or orders. However, there are specific guidelines governing returns:

Products under $10 cannot be returned unless customers choose to bear the return shipping cost with a carrier of their choice.
Opened products, including partially used cases of canned food, cannot be returned.
Prescription (r/x) products, including medications and prescription foods, cannot be returned or refunded due to pharmaceutical regulations.

Returns are subject to a return shipping fee based on the retail price of the item(s) being returned. This fee is deducted from the total credit or refund amount for the returned item(s), and the amount depends on the following tiers:

$10-$49.99: Return shipping fee of $5.95
$50-$99.99: Return shipping fee of $10.95
$100+: Return shipping fee of $14.95

Unfortunately, PetFlow does not offer international shipping at this time.
