The company paused withdrawals in November 2022, and on December 21, 2022 the California DFPI ordered it to desist from offering certain lending and interest products for alleged securities and licensing violations. Subsequent reporting indicates the platform ceased operations and remains subject to regulatory actions and user recovery processes.
