For items purchased from a retailer, customers should return or exchange the product at the original place of purchase. If the product was bought on AltraRunning.com, customers have the option to return it within the first 30 days for a full refund. AltraRunning.com provides a prepaid return shipping label within the purchase package, and customers are advised to pack and securely seal the product in the original shipping container or a suitable cardboard box. The return label should be attached to the outer container, and customers are recommended to keep a record of the return tracking number. The package can be taken to a US Postal Service or FedEx office or drop box for return. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks to the original payment method and require the inclusion of the original packing slip or email confirmation. Only the original form of payment will be credited, and refunds may take up to three weeks due to shipping and bank processing time. Exchanges, however, are not offered as part of the return process.

Altra provides a 1 year warranty on any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase on shoes that were purchased from altrarunning.com or an authorized Altra retailer. Altra warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence. Products covered by the Altra guarantee will be replaced at Altra’s discretion.

Currently, Altra Running does not offer shipping services to destinations outside of the United States.
