Eligible merchandise from the Whitney Shop can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. Final-sale merchandise, drop-ship items, special orders, and select high-value products are excluded from returns.
Orders within the United States ship via FedEx Ground with an estimated delivery time of up to 6 business days and require a signature upon delivery. P.O. Boxes are not eligible for delivery. International shipping is processed via FedEx International Economy.
