Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt with a mandatory Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Certain categories, including chemicals, automatic cleaners, lights, heaters, and replacement pool walls, are non-returnable.

Standard order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Large items such as pool packages, decks, and heaters ship via freight carriers and generally arrive within 7 to 14 business days within the continental U.S.

The Pool Factory offers a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down on their site within 14 days of purchase. The difference is issued as a store gift card, and items purchased using promotional codes or coupons are excluded.
