Masterbuilt offers free standard shipping on direct website orders totaling $200 or more before tax within the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Masterbuilt allows returns within 45 days from the original shipment date for unused, unassembled products in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Consumables like charcoal, wood chunks, and fire starters cannot be returned.

Masterbuilt provides a standard one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on most grills and smokers. Select premium lines, such as the Gravity Series XT, include an extended three-year limited warranty. Product registration and proof of purchase are required for warranty service.
