Penske provides free, unlimited mileage on all one-way truck rentals across the United States and Canada. Local round-trip rentals do not include unlimited mileage and instead charge a fee based on the total miles driven.

Penske permits customers to cancel their truck reservations at any time without charging cancellation fees. Prepaid reservations are also fully refundable if canceled prior to vehicle pickup.

Penske requires a valid major credit card or debit card in the renter's name for booking and pickup. Checks, Chime cards, and prepaid cards are not accepted, though cash payments up to $5,000 are permitted at vehicle drop-off.
