Adobe Illustrator 10 updates one of the world's leading vector illustration applications with groundbreaking creative options and new tools for publishing artwork on the Web, in print, and anywhere else. Adobe Illustrator 10 offers symbols, slicing, SVC effects, and more to help you to balance image quality and file size. You can enhance your graphics with live enveloping, warp effects, liquify tools, and sophisticated color effects including transparencies, drop shadows, and glows. Other tools let you resize, rotate, reflect, and shear objects or add solids, patterns, and gradient fills. Drawing tools include an industry-standard pen tool, art brushes, a pencil for drawing on-screen as easily as on paper, and click-and-drag line, arc, grid, and shape tools. Automation tools include: data-driven graphics to generate design variations automatically with scripts; scripting support to automate repetitive tasks; an Image Map to create URL links quickly; built-in asset management support; Metadata support; and an Action Palette.
To further speed up everyday tasks, Illustrator provides a "magic wand" tool, editable object and layer effects, pre-defined graphic styles, and nesting layers to manage complex files efficiently. Precision layout tools include snap-to grids, Smart Guides, and the Align palette. Other drawing tools include the Eyedropper tool for sampling text and color attributes and the Swatches palette for storing custom colors and patterns. The Pixel Preview shows you how rasterized graphics will look on the Web. There's also a Web-safe color picker.

1. Supply Price.com with up-to-date product prices, shipping and handling and stock information.
2. Clearly define and make easily accessible customer service policies on the vendor site. The customer service policy should include information on returns, shipping prices and procedures, company contacts, and credit card procedures.
3. Must be listed on Price.com for a minimum of ninety (90) days.
4. Honor prices to consumers displayed on the vendor Web site without excuses, product "bait and switch", or other issues that might cause a lack of consumer confidence.
5. Merchant has a minimum 3 star rating, which is determined by reviews posted by consumers. (5 ratings minimum)
6. Provide a secure environment for all transactions using a secure commerce server and encryption technology.
7. Process orders promptly and send an email confirmation and order summary within (1) business day of the initial order. If the item is back-ordered, up-to-date stock information must be provided.
8. Deliver merchandise in professional packaging. At a minimum vendor should ensure:
- Undamaged boxes
- Adequate padding
- Packing slips indicate contents of package
9. All customer service emails and phone calls are to be responded to within two (2) business days.
10. If Price.com is unable to resolve a customer complaint and/or a vendor is found to be non-compliant, the vendor may lose the privilege of having the "PriceAssured" icon displayed next to their name. The vendor may then, at Price.com's discretion, become eligible for reapplication to the program after the vendor demonstrates to Price.com that their customer service issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
