Visio Professional 2002 is the first version of Visio designed entirely by Microsoft, enabling it to integrate tightly within the Office XP family of applications. Visio Pro offers diagramming solutions for documenting and communicating a wide range of ideas, information, and systems. You'll be able to use Visio diagrams to gain insights into your existing technical systems and to better develop new systems. Visio diagrams can help you to communicate your message much more accurately and intuitively than by using text and numbers alone.
Visio includes all the tools you need for comprehensive technical diagramming and drawing. Specialized diagram types let you diagram networks, Web sites, databases, and software applications. Plus, Visio Pro 2002 now includes facilities management diagrams and engineering schematics that were previously included only in Visio Technical. Enhanced reporting capabilities make data exporting easier and more flexible than ever before. The new XML file format offers customization and interoperability. Office integration allows Visio diagrams to be inserted into Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and email messages and then updated in place within Office programs. You can also deploy and document architectures for Microsoft Windows 2000, Exchange 2000, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Access using integrated documentation solutions.
More than two dozen other new features cover every aspect of diagramming (including network and directory services diagrams), Web site mapping, building plan or floor plan creation (including curved walls), mechanical part and assembly drawings, piping, instrumentation, and business diagramming. Other new features include drag-and-drop diagramming, Web publishing capabilities, new or improved Smart Shapes and custom callout shapes, Unified Modeling Language (UML) support, and much more.

1. Supply Price.com with up-to-date product prices, shipping and handling and stock information.
2. Clearly define and make easily accessible customer service policies on the vendor site. The customer service policy should include information on returns, shipping prices and procedures, company contacts, and credit card procedures.
3. Must be listed on Price.com for a minimum of ninety (90) days.
4. Honor prices to consumers displayed on the vendor Web site without excuses, product "bait and switch", or other issues that might cause a lack of consumer confidence.
5. Merchant has a minimum 3 star rating, which is determined by reviews posted by consumers. (5 ratings minimum)
6. Provide a secure environment for all transactions using a secure commerce server and encryption technology.
7. Process orders promptly and send an email confirmation and order summary within (1) business day of the initial order. If the item is back-ordered, up-to-date stock information must be provided.
8. Deliver merchandise in professional packaging. At a minimum vendor should ensure:
- Undamaged boxes
- Adequate padding
- Packing slips indicate contents of package
9. All customer service emails and phone calls are to be responded to within two (2) business days.
10. If Price.com is unable to resolve a customer complaint and/or a vendor is found to be non-compliant, the vendor may lose the privilege of having the "PriceAssured" icon displayed next to their name. The vendor may then, at Price.com's discretion, become eligible for reapplication to the program after the vendor demonstrates to Price.com that their customer service issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
