Our objective at Price.com is to provide accurate and comprehensive information to our end users. This Merchant Policy is designed to ensure that the merchant partners that participate in our shopping comparison site treat all customers appropriately.
Pertinent information, such as price, availability, handling & shipping fees, etc. found on Price.com shall be provided by the Merchant to Price.com. Information provided by Merchant will not be deceptive in any respect and shall be accurate. Stock status of an item cannot be tied to the sale of additional accessories or warranties. Products sold must be new U.S. models and in factory-sealed packages, unless specifically and prominently noted other wise on Price.com's site. Noting a different model or other difference on the merchant Web site is a violation of the merchant policy. Merchants listing on Price.com will not require customers to order additional accessories in order to receive the advertised price for the original product. Merchant's price feed must have the exact product SKU and must reflect the cost as it will be charged to the customer. Including rebates or discounts in current pricing is not permitted. Merchant will update price feed sent to Price.com at least once weekly. Merchant will provide up-to-date, accurate company profile information. Links and information on reporting tools will be provided by Price.com to Merchant.
Any violation of the above policies will result in the following reinstatement schedule:

All fees paid to Price.com are non-refundable if a merchant is pulled from Price.com due to customer complaints. Our merchant policy will be vigorously enforced and will entitle Price.com to suspend any merchant from listing on Price.com sites.
