myProducts is a feature available to all price.com visitors. It allows for the tracking of products of your choice in easy to manage folders of your design.
By taking advantage of the myProducts feature, you can quickly get updated pricing on all your favorite products on one page. No more browsing through the categories. No more searching for that one product that caught your eye the other day.

Adding a new Folder
When you first visit your myProducts page, you should notice that you start off with a folder named "Default Folder" that you can immediately begin to add products into.
You also have the option to add a new folder. You can create as many folders as you want, and name them as you wish. For example, you may want to create a "School" folder for items you need for school. Or a folder called "Home Office", or even a folder called "Christmas Gifts" to track the items you want to give to your loved ones. You can even create folders based upon what products you plan to fill it with (e.g. "PDAs", "Monitors", "Digital Cameras", etc.)

| Do I contact you if I have problems with a product? |
 |
If you have a problem with the merchandise you've ordered, you should contact the on-line merchant you ordered it from. However, please use our Feedback Form to let us know if you have had a bad experience with a particular e-commerce site. We continually track the reputation of the sites we direct you to. If we find that particular vendors do not serve you with the same high standards we set for ourselves, we will stop sending you to them. |

| I am looking for a product you don't have listed. How can I have Price.com add the product to its product list? |

Price.com has tried to create the most comprehensive knowledge base for shoppers. Our breadth of product coverage reflects our commitment to making your shopping trip a one-URL process. If for some reason a particular product is not listed in our pages, please inform us by filling out our Feedback Form. |

You can do one of two things:
1. Click on the text that reads "price.com/network" which appears on the top left corner of every page OR

Popularity percentages are calculated as the number of views each product page receives. If a given product has a high popularity percentage, it means that its product page has been accessed numerous times. |
